I think we’re on a roll! We’ve added another awesome new feature to Caregaroo: Photo sharing!
A picture tells a thousand words
We all love photos (especially if we’re not in them :P) We use photos to capture memories of people, record changes in our lives, and to keep up to date on our friends & family.
Caregiving is tough, there’s no question about that. Yet, many of us still feel like we have to do everything by ourselves.
Asking family and friends for help can be a difficult and awkward thing to do. The key is asking for help in a way that works best for you. We found this excellent article by Viki Kind “Getting Caregivers To Ask For Help: A 4-step process.”
“If you think about who in a family becomes the caregiver, it will usually be the person who is more nurturing and generous with their time. By nature, the caregiver is the type of person who already gives more than others” ~ Viki Kind
If you think back to how you became a caregiver, does this sound a bit familiar to you?
Ta da!! Our amazing team of developers have been busy at work, and we’re excited to announce that we’ve added another awesome feature to Caregaroo: Private Messaging.
Simple and easy-to-use
Private messaging is awesome because it lets you send sensitive information only to the people in your care circle that really need it. It’s simple, easy-to-use, and an effective communication tool.
Caring for a loved one is challenging. Cooking, cleaning, companionship visits, doctor appointments, and paperwork, the list of caregiving tasks never seems to end.
A healthy boost of energy
What if there was something nutritious you could eat to help get you through the day? Well, we just had to share this this excellent recipe we found online: Jo-Ann’s Power Bars
“These power bars are delicious and much more nutritious than most granola bars” – Arielle
